Tark Bertrand

Tark has 30+ years of experience in both Minor & Junior Hockey in the Province of Ontario. He has been involved extensively with both Coaching & Scouting roles. Currently a scout in the OHL for the Kitchener Rangers. He has been in a similar capacity within the OHL for over 22 years with Mississauga, Sudbury & Kitchener. Had the opportunity to work with Hockey Canada and Team Ontario Under 17 program for 2 years in the 90’s. Coached in Minor & Junior hockey within Northern Ontario with all age groups up to the AAA programs.

 

Tark was fortunate enough to play for the Sudbury AAA Nickel Capitals U18 & Sudbury Cubs JrA in the early 90’s, where both teams won a Provincial championship. Tark was an assistant Coach with the Sudbury Nickel Capitals AAA U18 team that won a silver medal at the 1998 Air Canada Cup.

 

He has spent the last 10+ years public speaking to future prospects about life after Minor Hockey and expectations with the OHL draft to elite players, parents and staff in Northern Ontario. Over the past 12+ years he has been executing hockey schools, individual/ semi private training and development camps for elite minor hockey players in Northern Ontario with RAC Coaching Inc.
